You have, designed a suit. Please explain this interesting career-change to NME readers.
"Do you know Merc, the Mod fashion shop? They said to me a while ago, 'Hey, why don't you design a suit?'. And i thought about it and i considered the lack of suits that are actually quite nice, and i thought i'd have a go. I've chosen the cloth, the buttons, the angles of the pockets and the jacket.
Graham has designed the 'Graham Coxon for Merc' woven label for the jacket.
The suit will be available at our store in Carnaby Street from Saturday 13th January but you will have to hurry as its a limited edition of 100pcs only!
Also arriving at Merc later this year is a limited edition 'EL-COXO' figurine - a member of the SERIES 3 TOYS!!.

Band to pen another album
10 Nov 06 - Is it really going to happen? A Blur reunion.

Some people have said Alex James is being too ambitious by stating that he wants Blur to make one final album with their original line-up.

Guitarist Graham Coxon left the indie band in 2002 after being told his services were no longer required - and since then has frequently said that he has no plans to do anything with the rest of them.

But James, who covered for Nemone this afternoon (10 November) on 6 Music, says it’s looking likely that things will get going next year. James was joined on air with another fellow band member, David Rowntree, who claimed that if it was up to him then the band would already be back together:

“The days of Blur doing a tour will not happen, most of the band have kids now, and when you’re a touring band you have to make a choice, so there will never be a return to that, but we have been talking about doing an album next year, we have even set a date for it.”

Previously James said that Graham was also warming to the idea:

“I think we'd all like to make another record. We'd all like to do it with Graham, we may have to beg him a bit though.”

Blur's members are known for their side projects. Damon Albarn has recorded as Gorillaz plus The Good, The Bad and The Queen, while Coxon has a solo career and James has worked with Stephen Duffy and Keith Allen among others; Rowntree reckons with all that going on it’s too difficult to say what a revived Blur will sound like these days,

“There’s no master sound for how a bands or albums will sound, it’s not like Harry Potter, we didn’t have the concept first and then go and write the books!”

        原来说单曲的标题是Kingdom of Doom的，现在却有人收到Blur FC的消息说标题是Herculean，且该限量单曲只在10月30日当天发行。
　　而且据说封套是Paul Simonon弄的。
  
        EDIT：最新消息：该单曲可能会像Blur的《Don't Bomb When You're The Bomb》作为先行单曲，而到年末会有更“正式”的单曲发行。估计专辑也会在年末发行。《Herculean》的封套如下（截自NME）：

  近日，泰特美术馆将邀请8位音乐人为该美术馆收藏的艺术品谱写相应的歌曲。每位艺术家挑选了启发音乐创作的艺术作品并为其谱曲。其中Graham Coxon挑选的是Franz Kline的画作《Meryon》（又是表现主义）。而他的此项音乐作品将于11月1日问世。

  The Clash的贝斯手Paul Simonon谈及了他参与到Damon新乐队中的缘由.
  Simonon说他一听到乐队的音乐时就决定加入了.他说:"我听了两首曲子,马上觉得可以为其加上一些贝斯,于是我们决定尝试一下.我们就是从那时开始录制一张全新的唱片."
  Albarn近两年来一直专注于这张专辑,其制作人就是Gnarls Barkley的Dangermouse.
  他们计划发行一支单曲并于10月在Camden举办现场演出.
